Every single order is custom made and has to go through several departments and a subsequent check. For this reason, production takes some time until the order is finally with you.

How can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped by us, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the Shipping tracking number from us to your stored email or phone number (as SMS).

This shipment tracking number you can enter on our site under the menu item "Track shipment".

What can I do if my shipment tracking number does not work?

It can happen that the shipment status of a shipment is not updated by shipping company for a few days. 

If your shipment status has not changed for more than 3 days, please let us know by sending an email to contact@noblelace.com.
